AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE 2010-2011
BUDGET OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL
FUNDS WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, the City of Jefferson was awarded a grant by the Mid-Missouri Solid Waste District
for Household Hazardous Waste collection for a project period of April 1, 2011 to
June 30, 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby supplementally appropriated within the General Fund $36,825
as indicated on Exhibit A, attached hereto.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and approval.

Pursuant to Article VII, Section 7.1(5.) Of the Charter of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, I hereby
certify that the sums appropriated in the ordinance are vailable in the various funds to meet the
requirements of this bill.
