O / - Z2 RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY APPROVAL OF A SUBDIVISION FOR VIRGIL AND MARY EISINGER WHEREAS, Virgil and Mary Eisinger (Applicants) have requested approval of a plan to subdivide a parcel of approximately 40 acres located at 2385 Tamarack Drive into two lots according to the survey attached hereto as Exhibit A; and WHEREAS, the planning commission and city council have reviewed the preliminary plat submitted by the Applicants. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that preliminary approval is granted to the Applicants for their subdivision, subject to the following conditions: 1. Drainage for the subdivision shall be reviewed by the city engineer; 2. The Applicants shall dedicate to the City the right-of-way for Tamarack Drive specified by city staff; 3. No park fees are required because both parcels are in excess of 10 acres in size; 4. It is acknowledged that the newly created parcel (Parcel B) may not be further subdivided under the terms of the current city ordinance; 5. The Applicants shall pay to the city for administrative expenses the amount determined by the city staff to represent the actual cost to the city of reviewing the subdivision; 7. The Applicants shall submit a current abstract of title or registered property abstract covering all land within the subdivision for review by the city attorney; and 8.
