Nayes: none. Motion carried. Matt Freeman addressed the Council concerning the sidewalk running east and west on his property. It is damaged and leads nowhere, he would like to remove it at this time leaving the section closest to the corner. Motion by Enneking, seconded by Jenness to approve removal of the sidewalk with the understanding that the City could request it be reinstalled at a later date. Ayes: All. Nayes: none. Public Works Superintendent Doug Dreckman gave an update that the water plant is working properly again after electrical adjustments and the new well pump malfunctioned after one month and has been replaced. Public works cut trees down in the right of way in preparation for the Trail and are working to put up Christmas lights while the weather is warm. Police Chief Flikeid gave his arrest reports. He along with DHS gave a presentation with stimulated googles and drunk driving at the High School. He also has free gun safety locks available at City Hall. He gave the Council the opportunity to see Officer Stephans and her K9 seek out drugs hidden in the basement of City Hall following the Council meeting. City Clerk Robin Harvey gave the Council the Annual Finance Report, the Annual Road Use Report, and the IPERS Audit for review. King Reinsch Prosser will be at City Hall for an annual exam November 14th & 15th Mayor Bunt gave the Council an update on the construction of the new clubhouse. City Hall will be closed for Thanksgiving November 23rd and 24tn Motion by Ebert, seconded by Enneking to adjourn at 5:25 pm. All ayes. Nayes: none. Motion carried.
