• Level and Duration of Spending.
Recycling project funding up to $1,400,000.00 (total of all awards) is being made available for award by Coca-Cola Recycling LLC (KOR) to Project Recipients of the Georgia Curbside Acceleration
Recycling Program. Funds may be distributed either to a single project, or among multiple projects depending on the number and quality of project applications, at the sole discretion
of KOR. Funding for the selected projects(s) will be distributed by April 2012, as per contractual agreement between Recipient and KOR.
• Program Content.
The content of the selected proposal, including possible modifications, will help define the project and will be appended to an award to the applicant. Applicant hereby acknowledges
that any applicant selected to receive funding (also known as Project Recipient), must comply with contractual obligations set forth by Coca-Cola Recycling LLC in terms of the Georgia
Curbside Acceleration Recycling Program and further acknowledges that the contractual terms and conditions of said funding will be concluded after the award selection is made.
• Agreement of both parties.
Project Recipient and Coca-Cola Recycling LLC will be required to establish final and binding agreement with contractual terms and conditions prior to award, and subsequent release of
program funding.
• Reporting Requirements.
Regular progress and fiscal reports will be required of the Project Recipient(s). The frequency, nature, and format of these reports will be determined with each project Recipient prior
to funding. The purpose of these reports is to allow Coca-Cola Recycling LLC to monitor the progress, spending, and return on investment of the project.
• Submission Acknowledgement.
I have read the above items a. through d. and acknowledge that if my application results in an award, then as a Project Recipient my organization will be required to agree with Coca-Cola
Recycling LLC to contractual terms and conditions in order to receive funding.
I hereby certify that the information set forth in my application is true to the best of my knowledge. Furthermore, I hereby grant permission to Coca-Cola Recycling LLC or its representative
to contact me and/or any person associated with the application for purposes of clarification of information included in my application. Contact may be made for the purpose of soliciting
and obtaining information that may be necessary or helpful to Coca-Cola Recycling LLC to understand and evaluate the application.
