Resolution No. 10-8045
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA, DIRECTING THE CITY
MANAGER TO INVESTIGATE THE POSSIBLITY OF
INSTALLING MINI GOLF AT ALL CITY PARKS, FOR
RECREATIONAL PURPOSES AND AS A SOURCE OF
REVENUE; PROVIDING FOR INCORPORATION OF
RECITALS; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Opa-locka desires to investigate the
possibility of installing Mini-Golf in the City Parks; and
WHEREAS, the Mini-Golf would be beneficial for the City and the Community, for both
recreational and revenue purposes:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals to the preamble herein are incorporated by reference.
Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Opa-locka authorizes and directs the
City Manager to investigate installing Mini-Golf in all of the City Parks.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
