RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PERSON- TO-PERSON TRANSFER OF
A.B.C. LICENSE NO. 1201-32-040-007 FROM: ATMIYA LIQUORS, INC.
TO: WINE ZONE OF CARTERET, INCORPORTED
WHEREAS, application has been made to the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey by Wine Zone of Cmieret,
Inc. for a Person - to - Person Transfer of ABC License #1201-32-040-007 from
Atmiya Liquors, Inc., present holder of the same, premises located at 835
Roosevelt Avenue, Carteret, New Jersey and said license has consented to assign
their rights to said license to the aforesaid applicant, \Vine Zone of Carteret,
Incorporated; and
'VHEREAS, according to law, the application for transfer was duly advertised in
the Home News Tribune, a newspaper circulated in the Borough of Carteret and no
objections, either verbally or in writing, were filed or made to the Governing Body
or to the Municipal Clerk regarding said transfer; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has disclosed and the local authority has reviewed the
source of all funds used in the purchase of said license and the licensed business
and all additional financing obtained in connection with the licensed business; and
\VHEREAS, the application form is complete in all respects and the applicant is
qualified to be licensed according to all standards established by Title 33 of the
New Jersey Statutes, promulgated thereunder, as well as pertinent local ordinances
and conditions consistent with Title 33.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of
New Jersey, that ABC LICENSE # 1201-32-040-007 heretofore grauted to Atmiya
Liquors, Inc. be and the same is hereby transferred to the applicant, \-Vine Zone of
Carteret, Inc. to sell alcoholic beverages in conformity with the laws, statutes,
rules and regulations of the State of New Jersey and with the resolutions,
ordinances, rules and regulations of the Borough of Carteret relating to and
concerning said license and to be held by them until said license expires, unless
sooner revoked.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Municipal Clerk is hereby anthorized
and directed to execute the endorsement of this Person~to-Person Transfer on
behalfofthe Mayor and Council ofthe Borough ofCarleret; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that two (2) celtified copies of this Resolution
be sent forthwith to the State of New Jersey, Department of Law & Public Safety,
Division of Alcoholic beverage Control, Licensing Bureau, eN 087, Trenton, New
Jersey 08625-0087.
