RESOLUTION NO.23-38
RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS
WHEREAS,the following fund-to-fund transfers were approved as part of the FY24 budget of the
City of Marcus;and
WHEREAS,the FY24 budget was adopted on May 8,2023; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Iowa Administrative Rules Code (ARC)545.25,all transfers of
moneys made from one budgeted fund to another budgeted fund occurring, must be approved by
Resolution to provide for more transparency:and
NOW,THEREFORE, be it resolved that the following transfers are hereby authorized for fiscal
year 2024 to be made in the month of November 2023.
