WHEREAS the City of Medina has had $3,500 of Year XII
Community Development Block Grant funds approved for
Youth Employment, and
WHEREAS the City of Medina has not been able to hire
such an employee who meets the required income guide-
lines, and
WHEREAS the City of Medina has allocated $8,840 of
Year XII Community Development Block Grant funds
toward street improvements in the Independence Beach
area of the city, and
WHEREAS there is need for additional funds to continue
said street improvement project, now
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that $3500 from Year XII
funds be reprogrammed toward said Independence Beach
Street Improvements.
Adopted by the Council this 15 day of September,
1987.
