AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A NEW TAXICAB DRIVER'S
LICENSE FOR THE 2008-2009 LICENSE TERi'l<I
WHEREAS, application has been made and the proper fee paid for TAXICAB
DRIVER'S LICENSE for the 2008-2009 License Term by the following:
CHASITY DENISE HARRIS
WHEREAS, the Carteret Police Department has made an investigation of the
facts stated in the application and recommends that a Taxicab Driver's License be
granted to CHASITY DENISE HARRIS for the 2008-2009 License Term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough ofCarteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue a Taxicab Driver's License for the 2008-
2009 License Term to CHASITY DENISE HARRIS.
Adopted this July 10, 2008
and certified as a true copy afthe
original on July II, 2008.
