RESOLUTION NO. / /- /6 3
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL
PLAT APPROVAL FOR_THEPETERSON
JOHNSON ADDITION
WHEREAS, Philip L. Johnson, Ronald R. Kyllonen and Jeanette H. Kyllonen,
(applicants) have received preliminary
approval for the plat of Peterson Johnson Addition pursuant to a
city council resolution which specified conditions for final plat approval;
and
WHEREAS, the Applicants have now complied with all conditions precedent
to final plat approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the City of Medina, Minnesota, that
final approval is granted to Peterson -Johnson subdivision, subject to the
following conditions:
1. The Applicants shall pay to the City a park dedication fee in the amount
of $ 6000.00 ;
2. The Applicants shall pay to the City a fee in the amount determined by
city staff to represent the cost to the city of reviewing and approving
the subdivision;
3. The applicants shall construct or participate in construction of a
private road along the northern boundary of the subdivision which meets
city standards; and
4. The Applicants shall file a copy of the final plat with Hennepin county
no more than 60 days after the date of the mayor's signature of the plat.
Failure to file the plat within said time period or to receive an exten-
sion from the city council shall render approval of the plat null and
void.
