RESOLUTION TO SET MOBILE FOOD TRUCK VENDOR PERMIT FEES
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Marcus, Iowa has determined that a
permit is necessary for Mobile Food Truck Vendors;
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Marcus, Iowa has determined that a
reasonable fee will be set to collect at the time of permit issuance;
WHEREAS, the City Council of Marcus, Iowa does hereby set the Mobile
Food Truck Permit Fees to:
• Calendar year $150
• Up to three-day event $50
• Single day event $25
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MARCUS, IOWA, the Council by action taken November 13th 2023;
PASSED and APPROVED this 13th day of November 2023.
