A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING
THE MAINTENANCE OF THE LYNWOOD SEWER SYSTEM PROJECT, PROJECtT

NUMBER 6051.45.460.62015, AS BEING COMPLETE; ~AND Y:AUTHORIZING • THE
CITY ENGINEER TO PROCESS THE RECORDATION OF THE NOTICE OF
COMPLETION
WHEREAS, on October 6, 2009, the City Council awarded a contract to
Advanced Sewer Technologies, in the amount of $80,775; and
WHEREAS, The Maintenance Project started on November 16, 2009 and was
completed on February 5, 2010; and
WHEREAS, the Project was funded by the Water Fund; and
WHEREAS, the final cost of the Maintenance Project is $ 73,781.06; and
WHEREAS, Public Works Department conducted the final inspection on
February 6, 2010 and found that all work has been completed in accordance with the
Project plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Lynwood accepts the
Maintenance of the Lynwood Sewer System Project, Project No. 6051.45.460.62015, as
complete in accordance with the, contract documents; and authorizes the City Engineer
to process the recordation of the Notice of Completion.
Section 2. This Resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 20t" day of April, 2010.
