TEMPLE CITY FINANCING AUTHORITY
SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
JUNE 21, 1994
INITIATION:
1. CALL TO ORDER:
Pursuant to the Agenda posted June 17, 1994, Chairman Budds called the meeting of the Temple
City Financing Authority to order at 9:33 p.m. on Tuesday, June 21, 1994.
2. ROLL CALL:
PRESENT: Member- Gillanders, Souder, Wilson Breazeal and Budds
ALSO PRESENT: Interim Executive Director /General Counsel Martin
3. TIME FOR THOSE IN THE AUDIENCE WHO WISH TO SPEAK: NONE
4. CONSENT CALENDAR:
Mr. Souder moved to approve the Consent Calendar as presented, seconded by Mr. Gillanders and
unanimously carried.
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - Special Meeting of June 7, 1994
Approved the minutes from the special meeting of June 7, 1994, as submitted.
B. RESOLUTION NO. FA 94 -005: ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT AND FILING OF
ANNUAL STATEMENT OF INVESTMENT POLICY FOR FISCAL YEAR 1994 -95 -
Adopted Resolution No. FA 94 -005, A RESOLUTION OF THE TEMPLE CITY
FINANCING AUTHORITY ACKNOWLEDGING THE RECEIPT AND FILING OF THE
ANNUAL STATEMENT OF INVESTMENT POLICY FOR THE YEAR 1994 -95.
5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
A. ADOPTION OF FISCAL YEAR 1994 -95 BUDGET -
Vice Chairman Breazeal moved to adopt Resolution No. FA 94 -006, A RESOLUTION OF
THE TEMPLE CITY FINANCING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY ADOPTING THE
ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 1994 AND
ENDING JUNE 30, 1995, seconded by Mr. Gillanders and unanimously carried.
6. NEW BUSINESS: NONE
7. COMMUNICATIONS: NONE
8. MATTERS FROM AUTHORITY MEMBERS: NONE
9. ADJOURNMENT:
At 9:34 p.m., it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried to adjourn. The next regular
meeting of the Temple City Financing Authority will be held on Tuesday, July 5, 1994.
