CITY OF Medina, , MINNESOTA
WHEREAS the City of Medina, , Minnesota and the County of
Hennepin have executed a Joint Cooperation Agreement, County Contract No.
704g0 , for the purposes of qualifying as an Urban County under the
United States Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Devel-
opment Block Grant program for Fiscal Years 1988, 1989 and 1990.
BE IT RESOLVED, that Amendment No. 1 to the Joint Cooperation Agreement,
County Contract No. 70y 0 be approved, and that the Mayor and the
be authorized to sign Amendment No. 1 on
behalf of the City.
The question was on the adoption of the resolution, and upon a vote being
duly taken thereon, thefollowingvoted in favor thereof: /
