Resolution No. 10-8064
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA, TO DIRECT
THE CITY MANAGER TO CREATE A GUIDE ON
HOW TO DO BUSINESS WITH THE CITY;
PROVIDING FOR INCORPORATION OF RECITALS;
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Opa-locka desires to have a
guideline on 'How to Do Business with the City"; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of Opa-locka requests the City Manager to
create a How To Guide on doing business with the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF OPA-LOCKA,FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals to the preamble herein are incorporated by reference.
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby directed and authorized to create a
guide on "How to Do Business with the City" subject to approval by the City
Commission.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 26th DAY OF May,2010.
