DESIGNATING OFFICIAL DEPOSITORIES
OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
BE IT AND IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council ofthe Borough of
Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, that the
Investors Savings Bank
be and are hereby designated as the official depositories of the Borough of Carteret and
that checks for the payment of money upon said official depositories, be signed on
behalf of'the Borough of Carteret by the Mayor, Municipal Clerk and the Borough
Treasurer;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take effect immediately.
Adopted this 241h day of July, 2008
and certified as a true copy of the
original on July 251\ 2008.
