RESOLUTION NO. _ / f
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL
APPROVAL FOR
MEDINA PARKS ADDITION
WHEREAS, Frank W. hetman, general partner (Applicant) has requested
approval of a plat to be known as Medina Parks Addition; and
WHEREAS, the planning commission and city council have reviewed the final
plat submitted by the Applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota that final approval is granted to Medina Parks Addition, subject to
the following conditions:
1. No park dedication fee shall be required;
2. Lot 2 shall be subject to an easement for the benefit of Lot 1 to allow
access to Willow Road;
3. The Applicant shall pay to the City for administrative expenses the
amount determined by the city staff to represent the actual cost to the
City to review the subdivision;
4. City staff is instructed not to release the plat until the Applicant has
satisfied the conditions of title outlined in the city attorney's plat
opinion letter dated ArdU. �3 , 1987.
5. The Applicant shall file the final plat in the office of the Hennepin
county recorder within 60 days of the date of adoption of this resolution
by the City Council. Failure to do so shall render the City's approval
null and void.
