CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. j27-420
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL
APPROVAL OF A SUBDIVISION
FOR VIRGIL EISINGER AND MARY S. EISINGER
WHEREAS, Virgil Eisinger and Mary S. Eisinger, (Applicants) have requested
final approval of a subdivision of approximately 40 acres located at 2385 Tamarack
Drive; and
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission and City Council have reviewed the final
subdivision submitted by the Applicants.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota that final approval is granted to the Applicants for their subdivision
subject to the following conditions:
1. No park fees are required because both parcels are in excess of 10 acres
in size;
2. It is acknowledged that Parcel B may not be further subdivided under the
terms of the current City ordinance;
3. The Applicants shall pay to the City for administrative expenses the
amount determined by the City staff to represent the actual cost to the
city of reviewing the subdivision;
4. City staff shall not release the subdivision until the Applicants have
satisfied the conditions of title outlined in the City attorney's sub-
division opinion letter dated November 3, 1987;
5. The Applicants shall quit claim deed to the City of Medina road, utility
and drainage easements as shown on Exhibit A; and
6. The Applicants shall file the final subdivision in the office of the
Hennepin County recorder within 60 days of the date of the adoption of
this resolution by the City Council. Failure to do so shall render the
City's approval null and void.
