Resolution No. 10-8070
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA, TO DIRECT THE
CITY MANAGER TO BRING BACK THE COST TO
PURCHASE TWO (2) GENERATORS AND A PUMP
WHICH ARE NEEDED FOR DRAINAGE AND
EMERGENCIES; PROVIDING FOR INCORPORATION
OF RECITALS; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Opa-locka desires to have
generators and a pump for emergencies and drainage; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Opa-locka requests the City
Manager to bring back the cost to purchase two (2) generators and a drainage pump;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals to the preamble herein are incorporated by reference.
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby directed and authorized to bring back
the cost for the purchase of two (2) generators and a pump for drainage and emergencies.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
