AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE
2010-2011 BUDGET OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY RECLASSIFYING
POSITIONS WITHIN THE TRANSIT DIVISION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The 2010-2011 Budget of the City of Jefferson, Missouri is hereby
amended by changing the personnel schedule by the reclassification of full time positions
within the Transit Division, as outlined in Section 2 of this ordinance.
Section 2. Within the Transit Division, one position of Transit Operations Assistant,
Pay Range 12 ($32,388 to $48,582) is hereby reclassified to Transit Operations
Supervisor, Pay Range 16 ($39,368 to$59,052);Administrative Technician, Pay Range 10
($29,377 to $44,065) is hereby reclassified to Administrative Assistant, Pay Range 12
($32,388 to $48,582); and a vacant part-time, no-benefits bus driver position is hereby
eliminated from the 2010-2011 personnel schedule.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its passage and approval.
