were received and opened on April 12, 2000; and

for the amount of $58,040.00.

THE CONTRACTOR does hereby agree to perform the following
AWARD OF BID UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK REMOVAL AT VARIOUS
LOCATIONS.
NOT TO EXCEED $58,040.00.
According to thc temps set forth in bid specifications.
THE BOROUGH does hereby agree to pay the Contractor the sum set
tbrth in Resolution.
