AUTHORIZING THE ADOPTION OF A FAIR HOUSING AFFIRMATIVE
. MARKETING PLAN FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING
IN THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret has formulated a Fair Housing Affirmative
Marketing Plan for the Fitch Street Commons Project in accordance with COAH
regulations.
WHEREAS, the Borough needs to formally adopt and implement said Marketing
Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Borough Council of the
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. That the attached Fair Housing Affirmative Marketing Plan is
hereby approved and adopted for use in conjunction with the Fitch
Street Commons Project.
2. That the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to
take the necessary action to implement said Marketing Plan.
3. That the Borough Clerk shall forward a copy of said PIau to the
Director of Economic & Community Development for any
necessary distribution to any and all applicable governmental
agencies.
