AUTHORIZING PURCHASING AGENT TO ADVERTISE BIDS
FOR CARTERET PARK IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, there is a need for improvements to the tennis courts, basketball
courts and fences in Carterct Park; and
WHEREAS, it is in thc best interest of the Borough to accept bids for said
improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that the Pm'chasing Agent is hereby authorized to advertise
for bids for improvements to the tennis courts, basketball courts and fences in
Carteret Park.
Adopted this 24t~ day of April, 2000
and certified as a true copy of the original
on April 25, 2000.
