RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY
REPORT AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
IMPROVEMENT OF TAMARACK DRIVE
WHEREAS, pursuant to authorization by the city council, a report has been
prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates with reference to the
improvement of Tamarack Drive from County Road 24 to Blackfoot Trail by
constructing permanent streets to a 7-ton capacity; and
WHEREAS, by a resolution adopted on the 3rd day of November, 1987, the
city council called for a public hearing on the proposed improvement, which
hearing was held on the 1st day of December, 1987 following 10 days mailed
notice and two weeks published notice, at which time all persons desiring to
be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota as follows:
1. The feasibility report prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and
Associates regarding the proposed improvements and the assessment of
abutting and non -abutting properties for all or a portion of the cost
thereof is accepted.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates is hereby designed as
engineers for the improvement and shall prepare plans and specifications
for the making of such improvement.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
