AUTHORIZING PURCHASING AGENT TO ADVERTISE BIDS
FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO DOROTHY STREET PUMP STATION
WHEREAS, therc is a need for improvements to the Dorothy Street Pump
Station; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of thc Borough to accept bids for said
improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that thc Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized to advertise
for bids lot' improvements to thc Dorothy Street Pump Station.
Adopted this 24th day of April, 2000
and certified as a true copy of the original
on April 25, 2000.
