A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
RIVERDALE, IOWA, AND ALLIED WASTE SERVICES FOR SERVICE OF
THE CITY'S WASTE/REFUSE COLLECTION
WHEREAS, the Riverdale City Council recognizes the need for awaste/refuse collection
service, and;
WHEREAS, the Riverdale City Council has obtained the services of Allied Waste
Services to maintain the waste/refuse collection for the City of Riverdale.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Riverdale,
Iowa to enter into the attached agreement with Allied Waste Services for the service of
the city's waste/refuse collection.
