AUTHORIZING REFUND OF TAXAND/OR SEWER
FEES OVERPAYMENT
WHEREAS, the Ta.x Collector of the Borough ofCalteret has reviewed the Rolls and
detennined that certain monies are due and payable by the BOl:ough of Carteret to certain residents and
propertY ownex:$ within the Borough of Carteret1 as a result of an overpayment of Taxes And/or Sewer
Fees, and
\'VREREAS) the Tax Collector rec-omrnends the immediate reimbursement of the e:xcess
Funds currently collected by the Borough of Carroret to certain enumerated individuals,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and
