WHEREAS, The Board of Sanitary Commissioners of the Richmond Sanitary District
adopted a budget for calendar year 2015; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined it is now necessary to transfer money from one
major budget classification to another within a department or office; and
WHEREAS, the transfer does not require the expenditure of more money than the total
amount set out in the original budget; and
WHEREAS, this transfer may be made under Indiana Code 6- 1.1 -18 -6 without notice
and without the approval of the Department of Local Government
Finance.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Sanitary Commissioners of
the Richmond Sanitary District that the 2015 budget be amended as follows:
A. Sewer Utility
1. Delete $13,800.00 from Lab – Cabinet Painting
Account number 680.38.306.137.000.4414
2. Add $13,800 to Personal Services – Temporary Help
Account number 680.38.301.137.000.1197
3. Delete $42,900.00 from Material for Repairing Sewer Lines
Account number 680.38.306.137.000.4415
4. Add $42,900.00 to Personal Services – Temporary Help
Account number 680.38.301.137.000.1197
5. Delete $21,480 from Professional Services
Account number 680.38.303.137.000.3120
6. Add $21,480 to Personal Services – Temporary Help
Account number 680.38.301.137.000.1197
