Resolution No. 10-8110
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA, TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY
MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE AND REMOVE CODE
ENFORCEMENT CITATIONS, IN WHOLE OR IN PART;
PROVIDING FOR INCORPORATION OF RECITALS;
PROVIDING FOR AN EF'F'ECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Manager is appointed by the city Commission and is the Chief
Administrative Office of the City; and
WHEREAS,the City Commission of the City of Opa-locka desires to give the City Manager
authority to negotiate and remove Code Enforcement citations, in whole or in part:
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF OPA-LOCKA,FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals to the preamble herein are incorporated by reference.
Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Opa-locka hereby authorizes the City
Manager to negotiate and remove Code Enforcement citations, in whole or in part.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28 day of July, 2010.
