RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A
PUBLIC HEARING ON THE
WILLOW DRIVE TRUNK WATER
MAIN EXTENSION
WHEREAS, a report dated November 5, 1986, has been prepared by Bonestroo,
Rosene, Anderlik & Associates regarding the extension of a trunk water main
along Willow Drive from a point 200 feet south of the intersection of T.H. 55
and Willow Drive to a point on Willow Drive 1,000 feet south of the Soo Line
railroad tracks and thence west to the site of the new water tower, which
report has previously been accepted by the city council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota as follows:
1. The city council will consider making such improvement in accordance with
the report and assessing benefited properties for all or a portion of the
cost thereof pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429.
2. A public hearing on such improvement shall be held on the 17th day of
May, 1988 at 8:00 p.m. in the council chambers at city hall and the
clerk -treasurer shall give mailed and published notice of said hearing
and improvement as required by law.
