its adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA /
RESOLUTION NO. 1ff
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL
APPROVAL OF WINCHESTER HILLS
UHEREAS, Donald J. Roehl and Mildred R. Roehl and
San L.Claassen and Mary E.ClaaSSen(Applicants) have requested final
approval of the subdivision of certain land identified in Exhibit A attached
hereto and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the city council has reviewed the final subdivision plan
submitted by the Applicants.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota that final approval is granted to the Applicants for Winchester
Hills subdivision, subject to the following conditions:
1. The Applicants shall pay to the city a park dedication fee as determined
by the city staff.
2. The Applicants shall comply with the recommendations of the city engineer
regarding grading along Pinto Drive.
3. The Applicants shall enter into a private road agreement in a form
satisfactory to the city attorney;
4. The Applicants shall pay to the city for administrative expenses the
amount determined by the city staff to represent the actual cost to the
city of reviewing the subdivision; and
5. The Applicants shall file the final plat in the office of the Hennepin
county recorder within 60 days of the date of the adoption of this
resolution by the city council. Failure to do so shall render the City's
approval null and void.
