HomeMy Public PortalAbout1988-027TA e Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINApq RESOLUTION NO. /� o 72 7 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL OF PI LLOUOOO FARM UHEREAS, Robert H. Bradley, President of Leawood Properties, Inc. and Robert C. Scott (Aoplicants) have requested preliminary and final approval of the modified subdivision of certain land identified in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the city council has reviewed the modified plat submitted by the Applicant. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that preliminary and final approval for a subdivision be granted to the Applicant, subject to the following conditions: 1. A variance shall be granted to allow a cul-de-sac of 1067 feet rather than the maximum 750 feet allowed by city ordinance due to the fact that it is a private road and will be looped back to Willow Drive if it becomes a public road in the future; 2. Outlot B shall be utilized to loop the access road back to Willow Drive if the road becomes public in the future; 3. The Applicant shall file the final plat in the office of the Hennepin county recorder within 60 days of the date of adoption of this resolution by the City Council. Failure to do so shall render the City's approval null and void; 4. The Applicant shall execute a private road agreement in a form acceptable to the city attorney; and 5. The Applicant shall pay to the city for administrative expenses the amount determined by the city staff to represent the actual cost to the city of reviewing the subdivision. Dated: • 1988.
