lllliCTING THE ISSUANCE OF A RAFFLE LICENSE TO
MAYOR DANIEL J. REIMAN
CHILDREN'S CHARITY TRUST FUND .

WHEREAS, application has been properly made to the Mayor and Council of
the Borough of Carteret by Mayor Daniel J. Reiman Children's Charity Trust
Fnnd.;.and
WHEREAS, it appears that the applicants are qualified to be licensed and the
members "designated to conduct RAFFLES and to assist are bona fide members
ofthe applicant; imd' .-
WHEREAS, the applicants have' signified that the games will be played in
accordance with Rules 6, 7 and 8 of the Legalized Games of Chance Control
Commission's Regulations; and .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS.HEREBY RESOLVED by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk is hereby
authorized and dfrected to execute the endorsement of the Mayor and Council by
issuing proper presentation of application and fees, a RAFFLE LICENSE to the
applicants;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this Resolution be sent
forthwith to the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission, P.O. Box
46000, Newark, New Jersey 07101.

I hereby celiify that this Resolution is a tme copy ofthe original
adopted, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, County of
Middlesex State of New Jersey, at the Council Meeting held on
