RESOLUTION APPROVING FIREWORKS FOR CARTERET'S
ETHNIC DAY FESTN AL
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret believes that
having a fireworks display at the Ethnic Day Festival would be an el\ioyable way
to enhance the event and an appropriate symbol of connnunity pride; and .
WHEREAS, in order to obtain a permit to display the "fireworks it is necessary for
the Borough to adopt a resolution approving said display;
:. . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Borouih Clerk be
and is hereby authorized to exe.cute such documents as necessary to obtain any
and all permit to f'lcilitate "Carteret' Ethnic Day Festival" fireworks display.

and certified as a tme copy of the
