REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
JULY 2, 2002
1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Gillanders called the Financing Authority Meeting to order at 8:39 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL

Member - Souder, Wilson, Zovak, Gillanders
Member - Vizcarra
ALSO PRESENT: Executive Director Cole, Authority Counsel Martin, Authority
Secretary Flandrick
Mrs. Wilson moved to excuse Vice Chairman Vizcarra for cause, seconded by Mr. Zovak and
unanimously carried.
3. PUBLIC COMMENTS — None
4. CONSENT CALENDAR
Mr. Souder moved to approve the Consent Calendar, seconded by Mrs. Wilson and
unanimously carried.
Vice Chairman Vizcarra was absent.

Approved Minutes of the Special Financing Authority Meeting of June 18, 2002, as
presented.
