Yf( U a g RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL OF A SUBDIVISION: NAVAJO HILLS ADDITION WHEREAS, ThomasR Anderson and DorothyE Anderson (Applicants) have previously been granted approval of a plan to subdivide a 25-acre parcel into four lots; and WHEREAS, the planning commission and City Council have reviewed the final plat submitted by the Applicants. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota, that final plat approval is granted to the Applicants, subject to the following conditions: I. The Applicants shall pay a park dedication fee in the amount of $2,930.00; 2. All lots shall be served off of the proposed private road, which road shall be constructed to city standards; 3. The Applicants shall dedicate to the City the right-of-way along Brockton Lane specified by the city engineer; 4. The Applicants shall execute a private road agreement which is satisfac- tory to the city attorney; 5. The Applicants shall cooperate in the vacation of the roadway easement currently existing along the southern boundary of the property which will no longer be needed by the City; 6. The Applicants shall file of record the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions; 7. The Applicants shall pay to the City for administrative expenses the amount determined by the city staff to represent the actual cost of the City to review the subdivision; and 8. The Applicants shall file the final plat of record within 60 days of the date of adoption of this resolution. Failure to file the final plat within such period of time shall render the City's approval null and void.
