ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE 2010-2011 BUDGET OF
THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL FUNDS WITHIN THE Y:
CENT CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT SALES TAX FUNDS D AND E, AND THE GENERAL FUND.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby supplementally appropriated within the '/2 Cent Capital Improvement
Sales Tax Fund E (2007-2012) $193,000 as indicated on Exhibit A, attached hereto.
Section 2. There is hereby supplementally appropriated within the '/2 Cent Capital Improvement
Sales Tax Fund D (2002-2007) $17,000 as indicated on Exhibit A, attached hereto.
Section 3. There is hereby supplementally appropriated within the General Fund $756,000 as
indicated on Exhibit A, attached hereto.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage and
approval.
