Our City adopted (Savannah) detail D18 shows the proper base and edging. While we can allow equals if submitted, the based described does not appear to be equal in porosity. Therefore, I recommend the permit be issued only with allowance of base as described in this detail, our technical specifications (Savannah's) or the Coastal Stormwater Supplement.
