RESOLUTION TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION
WllEREAS, Section 8 of the Open l~'ublic Meetings Act, Chapter 231 P.L 1975,
pernfits the exclusion o£ tl~e public flora a meeting in certain circumstances; and
WHEREAS, this public body is of the opinion that such circumstances presently
exists;
NOW, TI1EREFORE, BE IT RESO1,VED by the Mayor aad Council of the
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, as follows:
I. The public shall be excludpd fi'om attending, discussing or participating in the
hereinafter specified subject nmtters.
2. The general nature of the snbject matter to be discussed is as follows:
Personnel mtters, litigation and contract negotiations.
It is anticipated at this time that Ihe above stated subject matter will be made
public:
Upon conclusion of the rotters.
4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
