Can you send me a copy of all invoices or receipts of purchases from Staples Corporation made by your agency in 2009. I may be reached at ferviente75@gmail.com. Please refer to the following when responding to the accompanying public record request. Requester has a statutory right to inspect Florida's public records pursuant to the state's Public Records Act. See chapter 11q. section 1 of the Florida Statutes (Fla. Stat.), which states that "all state, county, and municipal records are open for personal inspection and copying by any person." Requester is entitled to view the records of all state, county, or municipal units of government, as well as any other public or private entity acting on behalf of one of these agencies. See Fla. Stat. § 119.01. Requester is entitled to inspect and copy "public records," including all documents, maps, tapes, photographs, films, sound recordings, data processing software, or other material, made or received pursuant to law or in connection with the official business of any agency Fla. Stat. § 119.011(11). Requester requests that if this request is denied, the agency set out the exact statutory citation authorizing the denial as required by Fla. Stat. § 119.o�(i)(d). Requester further requests the custodian of public records state in writing and with particularity the reasons for the conclusion that the record is exempt or confidential as required by Fla. Stat. § i1g.o7ft)(fl. As an additional means of inspecting or copying public records, a custodian of public records may provide access to public records by remote electronic means, provided exempt or confidential information is not disclosed as provided by Fla. Stat. § 119.07(2) (a).
