RESOLUTION OF CONCURRENCE

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Medina,
that Medina concurs with Hennepin County's proposal to revoke a portion of County
State Aid Highwy 116 and redesignate the road as County Road 116 beginning at a
point on Trunk Highway 55 on or near the east line of Section 11, Township 118,
Range 23, located approximately 916 feet north of the east quarter corner of said
Section 11, in the City of Medina; thence northerly along existing County State
Aid Highway 116, along or near the east line of Sections 11 and 2, Township 118,
Range 23, to a point at or near the northeast corner of said Section 2, the north
limits of the City of Medina; thence continue northerly along existing County
State Aid Highway 116, along or near the eastline of Sections 35, 26, 23, 14, 11,
and 2, Township 119, Range 23 to a point at or near the northeast corner of said
Section 2, the north limits of the City of Corcoran; thence continue northerly
along existing County State Aid Highway 116, along or near the east line of
Sections 35 and 26, Township 120, Range 23 to a point approximately 640 feet
south of the east quarter corner of said Section 26; thence continue
northwesterly along existing County State Aid Highway 116, across said Section 26
to the intersection with County State Aid Highway 150 (Main Street), on or near
the north south quarter line located approximately 115 feet north of the center
of said Section 26, in the Township of Hassan and there terminate, as described
in Commissioner of Transportation Order No. 27368, dated April 15, 1958.
