RESOLUTION NO. 10-8129
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA TO
AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER THROUGH
THE CIVIL SERVICE BOARD TO LOOK INTO
THE ISSUE OF THE CITY EMPLOYEES' WHO
WILL BE LOSING THEIR COMPENSATORY
TIME; PROVIDING FOR INCORPORATION OF
RECITALS; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Opa-locka desires the City Manager to
delve into the issue of the City employees who will be losing their Compensatory Time; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Opa-locka authorizes the City
Manager to look into the loss of Compensatory Time:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF OPA-LOCKA,FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals to the preamble herein are incorporated by reference.
Section 2. The City Commission of the City Of Opa-locka hereby directs and
authorizes the City Manager through the Civil Service Board to look into the issue of employees'
loss of Compensatory Time.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
