Dear Segio Masvidal ,
The second renewal for the above referenced contract, covering the period October 01,
2023, through Septermber 30, 2024, has been approved. With this renewal, PFM Financial Advisors LLC.
may continue to provide financial advisory services for the Village of Key Biscayne.
This renewal is the second of two (1) one-year renewal options allowed under the same terms and
conditions of the original contract in Section 2.1 and upon mutual acceptance by both parties. Upon
expiration, no renewal option will remain.
