Dear Emilio Lopez,
The first renewal for the above referenced contract, covering the period September 01,
2023, through August 31, 2024, has been approved. With this renewal, SOP Technologies may continue
to provide installation and maintenance to 45 undergrate filter units and 13 curb inlet filters for the
Village of Key Biscayne.
This renewal is the first of two (1) one-year renewal options allowed under the same terms and
conditions of the original contract in Section 2.1 and upon mutual acceptance by both parties. Upon
expiration, one renewal option will remain.
