RESOLUTION NO. 10-8130
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA TO
AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO LOOK
INTO THE APPROPRIATION OF FIVE
THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00) HIRING
BONUS TO POLICE OFFICER KELLY;
PROVIDING FOR INCORPORATION OF
RECITALS; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Opa-locka understands the need for
hiring bonuses for police officers; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Opa-locka desires to authorize the City
Manager to look into the appropriation of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) as a hiring bonus to
Police Officer Kelly:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals to the preamble herein are incorporated by reference.
Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Opa-locka hereby directs and
authorizes the City Manager to look into the appropriation of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00)
as a hiring bonus to Police Officer Kelly.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
