AUTHORIZING THE ISSU~CE OF A NEW TAXICAB DRIVER'S
LICENSE FOR THE 2008-2009 LICENSE TERM .
. WHEI{ElI.S, application has been made and the proper fee paid for TAXICAB
DRIVER'S LICENSE for the 2008-2009 License Term by the following:

'VHEREAS, the Carteret Police Department has made an investigation of the
facts stated in the application and recommends that a Taxicab Driver's License be
'granted to DAIIHAN W. ARiVISTRONG for the 2008-2009 License Term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT'AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Councit ofthe Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue a Taxicab Driver's License for the 2008-
2009 License Term to DAMIAN W. ARMSTRONG.
