RESOLUTION N0. d7- 4-5
RESOLUTION GRANTING
FINAL APPROVAL FOR
BEASLEY BLUFFS
WHEREAS, Adelbert F. Otten and Elizabeth L. Otten and Lou Beasley and
Jeannine Beasley (Applicants) have requested final approval of a plat to be
known as Beasley Bluffs; and
WHEREAS, preliminary plat approval has previously been granted by the
City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota, that final approval is granted for Beasley Bluffs, subject to the
following conditions:
1. Park fees in an amount to be determined by city staff shall be required
for each lot.
2. The cul-de-sac shall be 80 feet in diameter with concrete curb and gutter
constructed to city standards.
3. The drainage easement on Lots 2 and 3 shall be properly maintained.
4. Lots 2 and 3 shall share a common driveway off the cul-de-sac.
5. It is acknowledged and agreed that no setback variances will be granted
for structures built on the lots.
6. It is acknowledged that the lots are suitable for rural development and
will have their own wells and septic systems.
7. It is acknowledged that none of the lots is sufficiently wide to accom-
modate an animal structure.

8. The Applicants shall execute a Development Contract with the City in a
form acceptable to the city attorney.
9. The Applicants shall pay to the city for administrative expenses the
amount determined by the city staff to represent the actual cost to the
city of reviewing the subdivision.
10. The Applicants shall execute an affidavit regarding whether there have
been any encumbrances placed against the property since the date of
certification of the abstract used by the city attorney to examine the
condition of title.
11. The Applicants shall file the plat of record within 60 days of the date
of adoption of this resolution. Failure to file the plat within such
period of time shall render the City's approval null and void.
