O 0 - 4/0 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL FOR ARROWHEAD ESTATES WHEREAS, Fidelis J. Eckes (Applicant) has requested final approval of a plat to be known as Arrowhead Estates; and WHEREAS, the City has previously granted prelminary approval of the plat. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that final approval is granted for Arrowhead Estates, subject to the following conditions: 1. Outlot A shall be used as an access easement for the three proper- ties east of the Applicant's parcel. 2. Outlot B shall not be developed until sewer and water are available to the site because it does not have adequate soils for on -site sewage disposal. 3. It is acknowledged by the Applicant that proposed lots 1 through 3 shall be used solely for single family residential purposes. 4. No park dedication fees shall be required because each of the lots is at least 10 acres in size. 5. The Applicant shall pay to the city for administrative expenses the amount determined by the city staff to represent the actual cost to the city of reviewing the subdivision. 6. The Applicant shall execute an affidavit regarding whether there have been any encumbrances placed against the property since the date of certification of the abstract used by the city attorney to examine the condition of title. 7. The Applicant shall file the plat of record within 60 days of the date of adoption of this resolution. Failure to file the plat within such period of time shall render the City's approval null and void.
