RESOLUTION GRANTING APPROVAL
OF A LOT DIVISION FOR
NORMA K. FRIEDRICHS
WHEREAS, Norma K. Friedrichs (Applicant), has requested approval to
subdivide a 35-acre parcel into two lots in accordance with the survey at-
tached hereto; and
WHEREAS, the planning commission reviewed the Applicant's proposal on May
10, 1988, and recommended approval thereof with conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota that approval is granted for the Applicant's lot division, subject
to the following conditions:
1. The Applicant shall pay to the City the park fee determined by the
city staff.
2. The Applicant and the owner of the property to the east shall con-
struct to the City's specifications a road 24 feet in width to
provide access to all lots on the Friedrichs and Hanson properties.
3. The Applicant shall dedicate to the City an easement 60 feet in
width for roadway and utility purposes centered on the as -built
location of the roadway.
4. The Applicant shall execute a roadway agreement in a form acceptable
to the city attorney
The Applicant shall pay to the City for administrative expenses the
amount determined by the city staff to represent the actual cost to
the City of reviewing this lot division.
