RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY
APPROVAL FOR THE REPLAT OF ANGUS ESTATES
WHEREAS, Charles T. Hvass and Barbara A. Hvass and Martin B. Schneider
(Applicants) have requested approval for the replat of Lot 1, Block 1, Angus
Estates; and
WHEREAS, the planning commission reviewed the matter on May 10, 1988, and
recommended approval thereof with conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota, that preliminary approval is granted to the Applicants for the
replat of Lot 1, Block 1, Angus Estates, subject to the following conditions:
1. The Applicants shall file the plat of Angus Estates;
2. The Applicants shall submit a survey confirming the existence
of at least two acres of conventional soils on each lot;
3. The Applicants shall dedicate sufficient property to allow the
future realignment of Mohawk Drive;
4. The cul-de-sac serving new Lots 1 and 4 shall be aligned with
the entrance to City Hall across Mohawk Drive;
5. The Applicants shall pay to the City a park fee in the amount
determined by the city staff for Lot 1;
6. The Applicants acknowledge that Lot 4 cannot be further subdi-
vided; and

7. The Applicants shall dedicate on the final plat the easements
for County Road 24, Mohawk Drive and Medina Road required by
the city staff
